YOUR ROLE

 

In this Senior level position, you will primarily be responsible for driving large-scale global initiatives for CEVA that are likely to have a global and cross-cluster impact. The scale of the programs will cross multiple business functions.

 

Most programs under your control will be multi-year initiatives with budgets in the multi-million dollar ranges. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional project/program teams to design and implement technology and business transformational projects utilizing project management methodology and best practices, ultimately improving customer satisfaction, and driving cost savings across the CEVA organization.

 

To be successful we believe that you should have subject matter expertise in the area of Business Process, Project and Portfolio Management, exceptional project management skills, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

 

Additionally, exposure to large supply chain implementations has a strong preference for us. This role will operate at the senior levels within CEVA and the C-Suite levels with customers/vendors.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal/external customers/business partners/vendors by directing program requirements and financial feasibility;
  • Direct implementation and execution of standard PM methodologies across the project portfolio;
  • Ensure project teams comply with company standards and all documentation is reviewed and approved;
  • Work with our Senior leadership to establish goals and operating plans for the programs;
  • Assure that all programs operate within the budget parameters;
  • Drive new technology initiatives from “idea” to implementation including; development of business case through post-mortem reviews and ROI reconciliations;
  • Manage highly complex and diversified programs and prioritize competing interests across the functions;
  • Consistent utilization of best practices and methodologies to ensure demand management and planning, projects portfolio management, and support for customers are met;
  • Strong aptitude to build and maintain an informal network inside the customer organization and within the CEVA organization.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • University Degree in IT or Business or Master in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or Management Information Systems
  • 12-15+ years of implementation and delivery services, preferable for large complex multi-year programs;
  • Cross-function management experience including people and process management for business transformational programs;
  • Experienced in negotiating highly complex contracts and managing multi-million dollar program initiatives on time and on budget;
  • Ability to understand inter-dependencies between IT and business initiatives to effectively leverage resources;
  • PMI Certified;
  • SWOT analysis and problem-solving competences;
  • Proven experience driving implementations within supply chain/ 3PL environments;
  • Proven experience implementing IT solutions and communicating with C-Suite management of high profile customers;
  • Expert understanding of business functional and operating needs in highly complex environments;
  • Excellent IT finance, customer budget, and proposal management;
  • Ability to review and change processes to achieve best practice standards.
