YOUR ROLE


We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Implementations Manager who will drive new business implementations whilst managing multiple strategic projects.

 

As the key project and work stream lead you will ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and success for internal and external implementations, you will support business development and operational account owners with potential opportunities, identifying requirements and coordinating project plans with key stakeholders to provide cost-effective and innovative solutions. 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

As the Business Implementations Manager, you will create clear and structured project plans, business roadmaps, process mapping approaches and gap analysis using various project management methodologies to deliver internal and external projects timely and within budget. You will communicate clear project plans and set accountabilities, escalating and identifying issues where appropriate ensuring a quick resolution.

 

You will minimise risks and support in the mitigation of potential issues for the day-to-day operations during the implementation and project delivery. You will support in the roll-out of customer on-boarding processes, including the set-up and use of the SOP's (standard operating procedures) and actively contributing to new products and technology innovations for the benefit of the customer and CEVA. You will coordinate with customer solutions teams ensuring resources are assigned and coordinated to complete set-up, UAT and roll-out in line with project plans allowing time for system deployment.

 

You will also manage, monitor, and assess completed customer implementations measuring lessons learnt, continuous improvements and best practice standards.
 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

To be successful in your application you will have proven experience of operational implementations and project management, ideally within an air freight or freight forwarding environment.

 

With demonstrable experience of building and developing client relationships, you will also have a background in delivering operational excellence and implementation projects and driving change across large teams. You will possess strong leadership and coordination skills and have a strong understanding of complex supply chain solutions.

 

It goes without saying that you will possess exceptional communication, engagement and influencing abilities, be an efficient and effective problem solver and have excellent presentation and report writing and analysis skills.
