Warehouse Operative 4 on 4 off - 6am to 6pm

YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Operative, at our Lynn Road (PE14 7AL) site, you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation, and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation. The role will be a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, start times 0600-1800 working 38.5 hours per week.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Carry out administrative duties related to warehouse operations, this includes the use of DLX, a customer parcel carrier system
• Pick orders, produce dispatch and carrier paperwork, and ensure it is logged onto the system where necessary
• Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure work is allocated correctly
• Maintain stock accuracy
• Produce KPI data for Team Leaders
   

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Previous experience picking and packing, preferably using SAP or Oracle interfaces
• Someone who is a great team player but also able to work alone where required
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines and targets
