YOUR ROLE
As the Operations Support Manager you will manage, prioritise and organize all resources in order to achieve targets and ensure deadlines are within set budgets. Working with senior management and the client you will ensure contract development and renewal by leading, managing and coordinating an operational team ensuring customer service excellence, efficiency and quality and safety targets are met. You will take an active approach in identifying areas for improvement and delivering cost saving initiatives for CEVA and the customer.

Our ideal candidate will have experience managing a team within a warehousing or transportation environment and come with strong people management skills with the ability to direct and delegate where necessary. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator who is able to formulate strong working relationships with internal and external customers, be target driven and focused on achieving goals and deadlines, have the ability to prioritise urgent tasks and be a confident and competent decision maker.
This is a night shift role working Monday to Friday, flexibility is required to cover a range of hours from 5pm onwards as you will need to accommodate the demands and needs of the operation.
