YOUR ROLE


The Corporate Human Resources Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping the company to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

  • Provide advice and counsel to managers on various HR programs including the interpretation of policy.                      
  • Serve as client facing SME to employees and managers on various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation; issue resolution as required       
  • Lead the creation of organizational positions and management of personnel data changes
  • Review, analyze and identify key metric data such as headcount, turnover, etc, and make recommendations to management team for corrective action
  • Facilitate onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Lead exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide management summary results
  • Strategize and provide resolution of any employee related issues in partnership with Business Unit Leaders and Corporate HR Head
  • Assist in the coordination of immigration and expatriation activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.                                                                             

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years related experience.
  • Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred.

 

Skills:  

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. 
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and develop procedures and processes.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • PC literate.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications

 

Characteristics:

  • Must have good organizational skills and be detail oriented
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to interact with senior level management.
  • Requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills to effectively research, monitor, manage and report problems.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner with the ability to work within ever changing time frames and priority levels.
  • Develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals; develop individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas and appreciating others' efforts.
  • Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.
  • Use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals.
