Regional Tender Manager Europe (m/f/d)

For one of our locations in Germany we are currently looking for a Regional Tender Manager Europe (m/f/d).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Regional Tender Manager Europe you will manage the tender opportunities within the regional tender management organization and grow CEVA's freight management business through the agreed tender management process covering the freight management air & ocean freight portfolio by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. Your key accountabilities will be:

• Overall responsibility to deliver a correct, complete and timely submission of assigned tenders
• In-depth understanding of CEVA's business and strategic direction
• Working closely with various stakeholders regarding strategic responses of the respective tenders as well as regarding pricing
• Supporting optimization of various processes
• Conducting reviews with various stakeholders
• Staying updated on general developments within Global Tender Management
• Performing other duties as assigned

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Freight forwarding apprenticeship or comparable university degree
• Background in freight forwarding with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
• Freight forwarding pricing and tender management experience desirable
• Fluent in English, additional knowledge of other languages are beneficial
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel advanced)
• Analytical and business process driven
• Flexible, driven, committed and result oriented
