YOUR ROLE

Do you have the eye of a bold eagle, the concentration of a hunting lioness, the social skills to work and communicate with a team, internal and external stakeholders? Well, you may be the finance guru we are looking for. Your mission will be to build relationships with stakeholders, minimize risk and drive revenue for the ANZ Finance division. With Account Payable reporting directly into this role you’ll have sound knowledge of finance processes, ability to implement improvements and drive efficiencies.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Be responsible for all transaction processing across Account Payable and Accounts Receivable whilst ensuring the reconciliation process is accurate and supported
• Work with internal and external stakeholders including tax accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting for the business
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow for a large National business with multiple profit and loss responsibilities
• Ensuring the cash flow for the business is correctly optimized across the organization.
• Maintain relevant financial ledgers and all reconciliations of the ledger in line with company standard with the ability to enhance the process if needed
• Lead a fast paced service delivery model with full accountability for the outsourced service model run within the ANZ business
• Experience in management of several stakeholders and expectation management.
• Ability to set goals, develop plan to deliver goals and successful execution of the plan.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree in Accounting ACA/CPA is required
• Prior experience working with multinationals will be advantageous
• Experience leading a team of 4 in a large fast paced environment
• Strong experience with financial reporting, transaction processing, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to provide risk evaluation, business analysis and apply process improvements
• Ability to work to tight, demanding deadlines
