YOUR ROLE
As the Inventory Controller based out of our Salters Yard, Wisbech operation you will take responsibility for ensuring inventory records are accurately recorded, retained and managed in accordance with contractual requirements.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Accurately receiving, processing, and recording any customer returns whilst ensuring information is recorded manually and systematically
Take appropriate action to investigate any inventory variances or discrepancies and report the information back where required
Assist with annual audits as requested by the customer
Be on hand to support with any additional operational requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role you’ll need to demonstrate your recent experience working in an inventory or stock control position within a warehousing environment, along with your impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. You’ll need to be a confident communicator who can work effectively as part of a team or alone, be able to pick up and use in-house systems as well as well-known packages, and be comfortable working in a busy and fast paced environment.
