YOUR ROLE

 

The Global CRM Analyst is responsible for deployment of strategies and tools identified in global CRM roadmap by means of end to end ownership of individual projects and being part of the team on complex projects on the roadmap.

 

Responsible to develop a coherent training strategy and deliver trainings (incl. build of materials) to CRM community. Part of this task is to define change management approach.

 

This role also contributes to the continuous development of CRM roadmap aligned with the business and BD Strategy and acting as a BD business partner, being core partner of the BD decision making teams.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • The Global CRM Analyst is responsible for  deployment of strategies and tools identified in global CRM roadmap: end to end ownership of individual projects and being part of the team on complex projects. Providing support to our regional commercial organization with relation to those projects.

 

  • Responsible for proposing improvement initiatives by engaging with senior BD leaders, global BD reporting team, marketing, program management.

 

  • Cooperation with IT developers team who are is responsible for technical implementation, testing of solutions.

 

  • Owning and executing training and communication. Developing change management approach to improve user adoption and increase of user value, of the global CRM tool. Ensuring there is sufficient and up to date training and processes. Building training library, updating material with latest changes, providing trainings to end users on sales tools and processes.

 

  • Owning the global Chatter communities and promoting the collaboration tool for improved communications.

 

  • Managing regular post implementation previews to ensure functionalities are working properly as well as being useful.
  • Support BD Board in BD projects and ad hoc requests that require CRM involvement.

 

  • Developing relationships with account managers , local BD teams and other GHO functions (Business Lines, HR, Finance, IS&S) to ensure good collaboration

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (business administration, marketing, sales)
  • 5 years of experience working with a global CRM platform Salesforce.com in an international company with complex sales cycles, at a strategic and operational level, in a capacity of CRM administrator or equivalent.
  • Building training strategies
  • Supplying training to users groups
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce sales cloud, service cloud, Pardot, Einstein
  • Business Analysis experience
  • Results oriented
  • Innovative thinking (Curious to find new solutions)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different deadlines at once
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Pragmatic, hand on, proactive mentality
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and senior environment
  • Team player
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
