YOUR ROLE

Do you have an eye for detail, excellent concentration, and the social skills to work and communicate with an operations and corporate teams? The purpose of the role is to provide administrative, analytical, and creative support to the QHSE Function were directed within Australia and New Zealand site operations. The role includes calendar management in support of training and auditing; training needs analysis and other data analysis; program management, development, and the evolving of other relevant QHSE programs that include report development and presentation; document and records management.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Support the QHSE function with coordination of calendar management, audit functions, training requirements and liaising with operations on their availability to attend.
• Support with training needs analysis, plan, and training delivery.
• Support operations sites with document review and record management of safety related tasks.
• Maintain all QHSE data analytics, identify trends and potential risks.
• Be familiar with and comfortable to use QHSE systems to track and support operations with using the system and identifying trends.
• Be actively involved with QHSE events and promotions to improve awareness and be proactive in the space to continue to strengthen CEVA’s safety culture.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Administrative experience in either Industrial or Supply Chain Environment
• Equivalent tertiary qualification
• Desirable – Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment, Management Systems Qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail, process driven with a sense of urgency
• Strong time management skills with the ability to follow through with tasks.
