YOUR ROLE

 

The person employed in this position will be the first line of support for the users of the warehouse system.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Conducting improvements, defining, and implementing changes in the warehouse's operational processes,
  • Explaining and solving problems in the warehouse system
  • Planning orders in the system and cooperation with the transport department
  • Managing changes through cooperation with the IT department
  • Preparation, conducting and approval of system change tests
  • Supporting IT projects in the field of system configuration, UAT tests, post-implementation support
  • Creating user accounts and training in the use of the system
  • Solving, reporting, or escalating to IT departments, system problems

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Minimum secondary education, higher education is welcome,
  • MS Office (mainly MS Excel)
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Ability to configure systems, conduct tests
  • Developed analytical skills, understanding of processes, the ability to make conclusions
  • Organizing your own work, functioning with changing priorities
