YOUR ROLE

 

The BPE Expert drives the quality and efficiency of processes in the CLL operational Control Tower teams and through this, ensures the delivery of high-quality logistics services to CEVA’s global customers.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Process Governance:

  • Monitor and measure operational execution and efficiency of the Control Towers, identify and document deviations to defined processes. Manage and oversee the effective implementation of corrective measures in alignment with operational management and contract management teams.  
  • Manage the alignment between the different regional Control Tower management teams to ensure process coherence between different Control Tower locations and customer setups
  • Implement and roll out the most efficient processes already in place in all control towers and continuously challenge the status quo to achieve continuous improvement and best-in-class processes

 

Business Analysis:

  • Responsible for the regular analysis of internal and external report data, dashboards and KPIs to identify and monitor performance trends and patterns in data
  • Organize regular performance review meetings and present business analysis findings to challenge the CLL senior management control tower teams, both on local and regional level

 

Continuous Improvement and re-engineering:

  • Be responsible for identifying improvement potential and proposing measures for efficiency increase, both operationally and within IT solutions
  • Develop and manage selected improvement initiative programs, including estimation of implementation budget and operational run cost. Control timely and in budget implementations and continuously monitor efficiency of implemented measures
  • Implement and maintain a register of improvement initiatives and regularly inform involved local, regional, and global CLL management teams about ongoing and successfully implemented initiatives
  • Instil and drive a mindset of excellence and continuous improvement throughout all CLL locations and on all levels, from operators to regional management teams

 

Document Management:

  • Oversee and guide operational teams in the generation of process documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flowcharts) in line with Ceva Document Management standards
  • Manage and/or coordinate regular reviews and audits of existing process documentation to ensure that all operational processes are properly documented, trained, and signed off
  • Be accountable for the CLL document repository and governance on a global level, ensure that stakeholders on all levels comply with document governance processes

 

Business Intelligence:

  • Guide and train both operational and management teams on proper usage of defined reports and dashboards, becoming the reference for CLL data analysis
  • Identify needs for additional reporting and create requirement documentation, accompany the implementation and testing process for new reports together with IT and operational teams

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • University degree in Business Administration or engineering, or related secondary degree with comparable level of experience
  • 8+ years of working experience in in a comparable role (Business Analysis, Process Management, Operational Excellence or similar)
  • Practical knowledge and experience in transportation, logistics or warehousing, or other process-oriented fields in the industry (e.g. supply chain, manufacturing, distribution etc.)
  • Proven track record in Project Implementation, Change Management, Business Process Improvements, Continuous Improvement, Lean Management projects or similar
  • Knowledge of Lean Management (or similar) principles and related tools
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Visio)

Knowledge of BI tools (Business Objects, Tableau, Qlik) on an end-user level

  • Strong analytical and process management skills
  • Quality- and solution-driven mindset with a strong affinity to data and details

Desirable

  • Experience with Change or Implementation projects in a managing role, including functional management of project teams
  • Formal Lean Six Sigma training and certification (Green Belt or higher)
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management tools, such as ARIS etc.
  • Advanced MS Excel (Macro, VBA) and BI skills
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management or Transport Management IT Systems
  • Experience with quality audits, certification and quality standards such as ISO, GXP / GDP, csv etc.
