Road Transport Coordinator

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Implementation, coordination, monitoring of road transports (FTL, LTL)
• Control of the timeliness of deliveries
• Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors (carriers)
• Issuing transport orders
• Preparation of documentation for the invoicing process
• Correct and timely flow of documents
• Reporting monthly and weekly data to the supervisor
• Cost optimization

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least one year of work experience in a similar position in road (domestic) freight forwarding
• Good knowledge of the shipping industry / market
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Ability to work in a team, high level of personal culture
• Committed and developed communication skills
• Stress resistance and the ability to act under time pressure
• Flexibility, ability to respond to changes
• Regularity, accuracy, and the ability to set priorities
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Commitment, good organization, focus on achieving goals
