Solution Design Supervisor

YOUR ROLE

To be assigned as an Solution Design Supervisor for Business Development Unit, in our Headquarters

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Understanding of solution & design and related sales program development and implementation,
• Developing, reviewing and verifying overall and a variety of engineering, operational and related reports and metrics,
• Applying comprehensive and various solution design management principles and practices,
• Developing facility lay outs, process flows, value stream maps,
• Ability to think out of the box, delivering new methodologies, highly focusing on new technologies and state of art processes,
• Having financial analysis capability while preparing feasibility studies of the projects,
• Applying project management methodologies with a focus on managing solutions and plans to achieve goals,
• Facilitating meetings and delivering communications, assists with managing expectations of leaders and manages expectations of managers, staff and operations, facilitates communication and business requirements, and establishes performance metrics,
• Manages programs to gather and measure current and future state, and training feedback; administers more complex requirements and integrates results into future programs,
• Develops and implements programs to achieve desired future state and operational results, aligns leadership and resources required, and ensure effective implementation and administration,
• Develops internal or customer presentations to secure relationships, approval and business; tend to be more comprehensive and complex in nature,
• Develops relationships with internal customers, which may include meeting and interacting with internal and external customers/agencies and ensuring other channels for feedback.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, BA or a related field required, or equivalent education and experience,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex global business, preferably in the supply chain management.
• Preferably, experienced in project management,
• Having good Autocad , Skechup, Class skills especially,
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English,
• Having good MS Office skills especially, Excel, and PowerPoint,
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment,
• Hard-working, highly motivated and team player,
• Strong organizing, problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach,
• Strong planning and organizational skills with an analytical and result oriented approach,
• No restriction to travel (abroad) and thinking broadly about business.
