Ocean Pricing/ Quoting Professional

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

·Respond to RFQ, Spot Quotes, received via customer online portal, Sales Team, Client, Overseas office

·Update, and maintain the Pricing Database

·Approach client for any deviation or discrepancy in order to prepare accurate quote

·Prepare customized solutions for new customers or expansion of services offered to existing customers as it related to pricings and products

·Drive and manage search for improved services and rates from Service Providers

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

·Good analytical skills, be task & detail oriented

·Experience with International Freight Forwarder, preferably in similar role

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·Ability to maneuver through and work in multiple operational and quoting systems daily

·Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and written)

·Good level of English
