YOUR ROLE
Our Operations Degree Apprentice will gain understanding of the day to day running of our operational site in Bristol. Over your 4 years of study you will master many processes and potentially progress into a subject matter expert or leadership on completion
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Throughout your degree apprenticeship you will gain knowledge, hands on experience and exposure to Business Process Excellence, Environment & Sustainability, Innovation & Project Management, whilst at the same time gaining an understanding of our core operations. Guidance through your studies and on the job training will enable your skills and abilities to develop. Working through different areas of the site to gain in depth knowledge of processes will also feed into your university assignments.
Shifts are part of how we run our operations, at some points you may be required to work earlies, lates and sometimes nights.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a driven and organised self-starter who is team focused and loves to take on a challenge!
A keen interest in the industry is a must!
You will also need to have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English, and a minimum of 3 A Levels. Access to your own transport is needed, a possibly 20% of travel may be required.
Face to face interviews will start early January 2022 with a proposed start date of February 7th 2022.
