YOUR ROLE
Our operation in Northampton has an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, people focused and customer centric Senior General Manager to lead six crucial healthcare operations across Northampton and Redditch.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Business Unit Director, you will be the onsite lead responsible for all aspects of budget creation and allocation, service level delivery and client relationship management. Therefore, your change management and continuous improvement skills will be second to none as you will lead various optimization projects, contract development and renewal activities to ensure operational excellence, customer service excellence and efficiency.
You will also be responsible for driving a high-performance culture on all sites ensuring financial, operational and HSEQ targets are always met and implement strategies to form a management team that creates, sustains and embeds a culture of employee engagement as well as strong development and succession plans.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have significant operational management and leadership experience ideally within a fast-paced 3PL or healthcare logistics environment. You will be commercially astute, taking both a strategic and tactical view. You will have exceptional communication skills and will be able to interact and engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and possess strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to create a high-performance culture through coaching and development whilst implementing sustainable improvements to drive business performance.
