CEVA Logistics’ expansion in Africa is part of our strategic plan in becoming a leading continent-wide logistics player. Our customers and prospects will be provided with unrivaled logistics services and solutions within the continent and beyond, designed by our dedicated supply chain experts. Our strategic expansion across the African continent began in June 2020, with a majority stake in AMI and Manica and the network throughout East and Southern Africa. We followed this by integrating three CMA CGM inland service facilities (CCIS) in Mali, Burkina Faso and the Ivory Coast and four new CEVA Logistics operations in Mauritania, Senegal, Benin and Cameroon. IBA Freight Forwarders partnership with CEVA Logistics strengthens our presence in Egypt. With IBA providing knowledge and understanding of the region's transport and logistics industry's challenges, we will provide our customers with the best possible services. Within Ethiopia, we have a new joint venture with MACCFA, and in Morocco, we completed the take over of ASTI, which concluded our current expansion plans in Africa and helped us to continue our ambition to become a leading player across the continent.
